ABOUT TIMBER KNIVES

A: Timber Knives is a store that sells knives, axes, and kitchen cutlery. Whether you’re visiting us in-person or online, we’re excited that you’re here perusing our hand-picked selection of blades for every use – from everyday carry (EDC) pocket knives to outdoor, camping, culinary, and survival knives – to axes for splitting, felling, or throwing. At Timber Knives, we pride ourselves on knowing the specifics on every product we sell. Because we live and work in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, we’re out in the great outdoors year round, putting the products we sell to the test. 

A: At Timber Knives, we sell only top quality knives from well respected manufacturers like Alliance, Benchmade, Boker, Bradford, Buck, ESEE, Fallkniven, Fox, Hogue, KA-BAR, Kansept, Kershaw, Lionsteel, M3, MKM, Miyabi, Spyderco, Zero Tolerance, Zwilling/Kramer, and more. We have knives for every need, including everyday carry (EDC), camping, hunting, fishing, tactical, survival, and culinary.

A: Yes! We also sell several types of axes (brands like Gransfors Bruk for splitting and felling, and Coldsteel for throwing) as well as knife accessories such as sharpening stones and kits to help keep your purchase sharp and ready to use.

A: Each of our knives are covered by the individual manufacturer. For a complete list of manufacturer warranties, click here.

A: We can only accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that include all the original packaging and an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete because we are a new product retailer only. Our refund schedule below starts on the day the customer receives his or her merchandise.

A: Yes! We offer gift certificates in various amounts. To purchase a gift certificate, visit our gift certificates page here [link to gift certificates page], give us a call, or visit us in store

A: Occasionally, we do offer coupons and promotional codes to customers on our email list. Typically, these coupons are only good for a specified time. Join our email list by clicking on the following link: email link. Coupons found on our website and on Facebook or Twitter are our only authorized coupons.

A: Yes, based on the size of the order. Give us a call or send us an email to discuss. We’d love to hear from you!

ORDER STATUS

A: You can check your order history by logging into your account here.

A: Once an order is shipped an email is automatically sent to the email address provided on your order. Orders can be tracked by clicking the appropriate link in the shipment email. If we don't have an email address on file or if you did not receive an email shipment notification please check your order history for shipment information. 

If you are not receiving email notifications from Timber Knives, please check your spam or junk folder. If the problem persists, please supply an alternate email address using a different email provider.

A: Orders placed Monday-Saturday will be processed that same day and shipped within 24 hours.

A: We can usually cancel or change your order if you call us within 60 minutes. If there was an issue with your order after that time period, you will need to return the item for a refund or replacement per our return policy.

ORDER PROBLEMS

A: Please call us with your order information so that we can help discover the issue.

A:  If an item in your order is broken, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please have your order number available, if possible.

A: Once you add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout, you can create an account. At checkout, if you already have an account, you can Log in to your existing account.

PRICING AND BILLING

A: Online and in-store we accept all major forms of payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In-store, we also accept cash payments.

A: In most cases, your card will be charged when you click the “Pay Now” button on the checkout page.

SERVICES

A: At this time, Timber Knives will only sharpen knives brought in locally to our store in Heber City, Utah

A: In addition to honing your knives after every 2-4 uses at home, experts recommend having kitchen knives professionally sharpened at least once or twice a year. This prevents blades from becoming too dull, which can be more dangerous than working with a razor-sharp knife!

A: Local only-within 24 hours, Tuesday-Saturday.

A: While many blade manufacturers may offer free sharpening, it can take weeks to mail your knives to them and receive them back. Timber Knives can sharpen your knives within 24 hours and have them ready for your pickup at our store.

A: Timber Knives can engrave any steel surface on a knife, axe, tomahawk, multi-tool, or Olight.
