Shipping Information
We pack and ship every order from our shop at 350 S. Main Street in Heber City, Utah. Here's what to expect.
Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
Orders of $100 or more (before tax) ship free within the United States. For orders under $100, you'll see the shipping options and prices at checkout before you pay. Some oversized or heavy items may have an extra shipping charge, which will show at checkout.
When your order ships
Most in-stock orders leave the shop within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. We ship with UPS and USPS.
Free local pickup in Heber City
Choose Pickup at checkout and pick your order up at the counter at 350 S. Main Street, Heber City. It's free, and orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when it's ready. Please bring your order number.
Signature on orders of $300 or more
Orders of $300 or more ship with signature required. Orders under $300 ship without a signature. If you'd like it the other way around, add a note at checkout. If you waive the signature, you accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage after delivery.
Age and restricted items
- You must be 18 or older to order knives, and 21 or older for restricted items marked on the site.
- Knife laws vary by state, county and city. It's your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live; by ordering, you confirm the item is legal for you to receive and own.
Address checks
If the shipping address doesn't match the address on file with your card issuer, we may need to verify the order before it ships. That can cause a short delay, and we'll cancel orders we can't verify.
International orders
Please contact us before ordering from outside the United States. Many countries restrict knives and outdoor tools, so we'll check what can be shipped to you. International buyers pay all shipping, duties and taxes, and we can't refund items lost or held by customs.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original box with papers. Contact us before sending anything back so we can help. See our refund policy for details.
