MIYABI BLACK 5000MCD67, 9.5-inch, Bread Knife

The Miyabi Black 5000MCD is more than just your average kitchen knife. Made with micro-carbide powdered MC66 steel, it boasts an ice-hardened 66 HRC blade that stays sharp for an impressive amount of time. And let's not forget the 132 additional layers of steel that create a stunning flower Damascus pattern. But what really sets this knife apart is the quirky black walnut handle, designed in a traditional "D" shape for maximum comfort during those long cutting sessions. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan, this knife truly is a work of art.

"Fantastic shop! Very helpful and has a good variety of Knives, Axes, and Accessories. They were able to reshape one my old knives that I’ve had for about ten years. The tip broke off a couple years ago by another person that used it. Now the knife looks like it had never happened. Definitely will be back for a new fixed blade when it gets closer to hunting season!"
